| SUMMER |
Memorial Day thru Labor Day, Christmas, New Years & Thanksgiving:
$3,800 per week, one week minimum + 10% total tax |
| FALL, WINTER, SPRING |
$2,500 per week or $375 per night, three nights minimum
(excluding Christmas, New Years & Thanksgiving)
All reservations require a $500.00 refundable security deposit,
and a 10% tot occupancy tax.
One-half of the rental fee plus deposit is required to reserve
the SolusHouse 45 days before your arrival,
the remainder is due (if making your reservation, your vacation
date is less than 45 days away the full amount will be due at
that time). |
| CANCELLATIONS |
Within
45 days or more: full refund, less $50 processing fee on
refund amount.
Within 30-44 days: refund
of deposit and 50% of total refund amount.
Within
0-29 days: refund of deposit only.
If the balance due and signed, guest agreement are not received
when due, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to
keep your reservation. If payment is not made at that time,
the cancellation policy as outlined above will be applied. |
| SECURITY
DEPOSITS |
The
security deposit will be returned to you within ten
business days of your departure. Less any costs for
damages, excessive cleaning requirements, or additional unreported
guest/pets. These will be deducted from your deposit and an
explanatory statement will be sent to you along with the deposit
balance. Otherwise, you will receive your deposit. |
| ADDITIONAL
TERMS |
The
person making the reservation must be at least 25 years
of age
The number of people arranged at the time of reservation
will be strictly enforced.
